Fire is our favorite and most powerful tool for transformation! .
We will begin the evening with a powerful intention setting. You will then participate in a 2-hour workshop where you experience exercises on building your energy, leaning into your fears, and overcoming obstacles. You will learn tools for connecting deeply to your body. The finale is the firewalk. Walking is always optional and the workshop is transformational whether or not you walk.

The sacred ritual of firewalking is practiced throughout many cultural traditions as a method of overcoming barriers in one's mind and body.
