Welcome packet with full agenda and additional information will be emailed upon registration. Online group gatherings will begin 4 weeks pre-travel. Following the trip, the group will continue to gather virtually for 4 weeks to decompress and re-integrate back into our lives with renewed purpose.

Be held in a sacred and loving container while you learn tools for healing, expansion, and transformation for being the best, most authentic version of yourself! Join us for a full-day experiential workshop where we will dive into awareness, healing, and deep transformation. This is a day built around the expansion of what is alive for you, what you desire, and how to create that.
We lovingly explore the Warrior and Goddess energies that live within us all. How do we sink more into our divine feminine to be more soft and receptive, yet even more powerful? How do we create relationships that support this version of ourselves?
We work with our own trauma as well as ancestral trauma that has been passed down. What trauma are we carrying and where does it live in our bodies? How do we heal this and move beyond it?
The workshop is a combination of Daphne's training and certifications. The day will be a combination of teachings, discussions, and practices
